ACROBatics, ages 8-11
This class is a beginner class for students looking to further their dance education by cross training within the gymnastics world. The students have the opportunity to learn everything from a basic cartwheel to a full-twisting layout. Within developing their skills as tumblers, they will also focus on building upon their strength and flexibility in ways different than can be achieved through dance alone. |
acrobatics, ages 12+
This class is a more advanced level of the lower age group. It will focus on all of the same principles while continuing to develop a further understating of acrobatics in the dance world to help make the most well rounded artist. |
