FRONT DESK ATTENDANT

Job Description:
You will be responsible for providing the best experience for our artists and their families by answering questions in person, over the phone, and via email concerning classes, events and anything else they might need help with. You will also enroll students in classes, camps and special events like recitals and shows. While at the front desk, you will be responsible for providing support to the students and staff as they participate in classes and rehearsals as well as help keep the building tidy and operating smoothly.

Hours:
Mondays and Wednesdays (4:00-9:30) (flexible on start time), every other Saturday 8:45-1:00
Wage: $14/hour

Job Duties:
- Tasks given to you from your manager to complete during your shift
- Registering students
- Answering the phones, checking and responding to voicemail
- Responding to and sending emails
- Family Communication related to things such as:
- Studio Closures
- Class Updates such as Cancellation, Addition, Time Change, etc.
- Surveys of any kind
- In House Event notice/reminders such as recitals, DanceWorks, Nutcracker Performances, festivals
- Studio Closures
- Excellent communication skills - verbal, written
- Managing, organizing and prioritizing many details with a smile
- Willing and able to learn and utilize technology tools
- Helper attitude with high initiative
- Enthusiastic about all things that Nolte has to offer
- Basic math skills
